Chinese Language Short-term Program for International Students at GZU

Students (including transferred students learning Chinese) can enroll for short-term training programs all year around, and a variety of short-term classes are offered in winter and summer vacations. 

Targeted group:

Short-term Chinese training courses for foreigners and overseas Chinese 

Teaching Objectives:

-To stimulate students' interest in learning Chinese in a short time;

-To improve their communication skills in Chinese;

-To help them understand the customs in China and Guizhou ;

-To enable them to experience Chinese culture and visit places of interest

Curriculum:

     Comprehensive Chinese, Chinese Listening, Oral Chinese, Chinese Reading,

     Chinese Writing, Lectures on Culture, Elective Courses on Culture, etc.

     Language teaching, combined with cultural visits and experiences

     Chinese learning & Cultural Experience Class --- to improve foreigners' Chinese proficiency quickly and train their skills mainly in listening and speaking; to enable them to understand Chinese culture and exchange experience on Chinese learning

     Chinese learning & Cultural Tours Class --- to improve foreigners' Chinese proficiency quickly and train their skills mainly in listening and speaking; to offer them chances to experience customs by visiting scenic historical sites
